Nowadays, there is a more and more popular concern about how we look and how we should look. Change Body Transformation is holding a Free Seminar to teach you how to transform, tone and shape your body. I have been fortunate enough to be working with Sean Murphy, who has constantly monitored and adjusted my diet and training to suit my body and it's progress.
I am taking this transformation seriously and making sure I stay consistent with both my eating and training. The sets, reps and tempo have also been adjusted to make each set of each workout a little more testing for both your mind and muscles. This is pretty obvious, but so many people struggle with having a consistent exercise program.
Some of the most spectacular body transformations have been achieved with less than 4 hours total exercise per week. People often do drastic things in the short term like cutting daily food intake from 2,500 to 1,200 calories per day on top of smashing” multiple hour-long HIIT” classes every week.
The value doesn't necessarily lie in the diet and training programs you initially receive. Don't look at it as a negative though, since your high metabolic rate is really an asset that can enable you to lose excess body fat and get ripped later on. Low-carb meals high in good fats and protein the rest of the time then create a small calorific deficit and encourage my body to turn to its fat stores as an energy source whilst I'm working, socialising, even sleeping.
Loving yourself motivates you to appreciate our body and all the things that it can do. Appreciation for the body improves body image and appreciation for body image leads to weight loss motivation. Repeat this exercise ten to twenty times. This nutritional system works well for four weeks, but to keep the body from adapting, it's best to return to a more balanced nutritional program immediately following the fourth week.
Your body can react by lowering BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate - the number of Fitness calories you burn at rest) which means that you may lose weight in the short term but as soon as you go back to eating normally you can often put on even more weight than you did before.
Whether your goal is muscle gain or fat loss, your primary concern should always be to build and maintain muscle. The only way to build and tone muscle - to increase your strength and accelerate your metabolism - is by weight training. These incredible people have found the drive and dedication to accomplish an amazing body transformation.
